Alan Palmer heads up Interactifs UK’s operations. Prior to joining the Interactifs Group, he spent the majority of his career working in senior client-facing roles in London and Paris for international advertising agency networks Leo Burnett, Havas and DDB. He first came across the Interactifs approach in 2004 and was instantly persuaded of its effectiveness, its applicability across national boundaries – and its capacity, in a modest way, to contribute to the sum total of human happiness.
He joined the company to deliver training programmes for clients around the world and subsequently set up Interactifs UK. He runs regular client and open-enrolment seminars in Britain but has also done so in France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and China.
He is the author of Talk Lean: Shorter meetings. Quicker results. Better relations (pub. Capstone, 2013) which was short-listed for the CMI “Management Book of the Year” in 2015.
Alan was educated at Oxford University and INSEAD. He is married with three children.
Sarah Hanson joined Interactifs UK in 2017. She spent the early part of her career in corporate HR roles, working for 8 years with Nestlé UK before moving into the City with Aon where she spent a further 5 years.
After having a family, Sarah set up her own HR consultancy business. She started to work part-time as a trainer for Interactifs on a large nationwide project in 2017; but her performance on the project soon persuaded Interactifs to offer her a permanent role working on the company’s development in the UK; and her appreciation of the simplicity, confidence and enjoyment which she encountered in the Interactifs approach soon persuaded her to accept the offer.
Sarah was educated at the University of Strathclyde. She lives in London with her husband and daughter.
Clément Toulemonde was born in Paris but spent his childhood in New Zealand, South Korea, Morocco and Australia. He took his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. He worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capgemini, initially in Australia and then in France. It was as a manager in Paris that he first came across Interactifs when he participated in a seminar – and within a very short period of time he had decided to join the company himself.
Today he is a partner at Interactifs and responsible for the group’s development in the English-speaking world and throughout Asia-Pacific. He regularly runs seminars (as do all of Interactifs’ management) in French and English for many of the company’s major clients.
Clément lives with his wife and twins just outside Paris.
