We train people to practice a discipline that helps them establish, restore and maintain better relations with those they interact with. We equip them therefore to better prepare, commence, lead and conclude their relations.
Those relations are the vehicle of information, ideas, reasoning and arguments for most business professionals. This leads salespeople, managers and negotiators to look at Interactifs as a training on sales, management, or negotiation, while we only professionalise the part of their jobs where a great deal of amateurism still remains (i.e. their relations).
