No. This training helps to have only those conflicts that one has decided to have.
Conflicts are always a consequence of confusion between the subject being addressed and the people addressing it. Conflicts are also proportional to the duration and amount of things that remain unsaid regarding the subject at hand.
Being able to deal with the subject and the people involved distinctively, and in a manner that is explicit, will avoid conflicting positions from becoming conflicts between people.
